The Jazan region, like other regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, especially before the arrival of modern health services during the reign of King Abdelaziz, may God have mercy on him, suffered from the spread of many deadly diseases that claimed many lives despite the presence of some primitive therapeutic methods or so-called folk medicine. Therefore, this the study deals with the topic of folk medicine in the Jazan region during the first half of the fourteenth century AH/nineteenth century AD, through An introduction and two main sections.
